Situated on the property of Black Prince Winery, just minutes from the quaint town of Picton, our guest house is perfect for a couple or couples looking to tour local wineries/golf courses or beaches.
Upon arrival you will be greeted with a bottle of the winemaker’s favorite wine to start your stay off on the right track.
The solitude and beauty of the local beaches and countryside rewards our guests with a rare opportunity to disconnect from the stress and distractions of daily life and reconnect themselves to the natural rhythm of country living.
This is a lovely setting for a weekend stay, a week’s vacation or extended residency.

Full House – 2 bedrooms
Weekly rate based on 6 nights/7days $800.00 per week
Nightly rate (based on a 2 night minimum) $185.00 per night
Half House – Front -1 bedroom
Weekly rate based on 6 nights/7days $650.00 per week
Nightly rate (based on a 2 night minimum) $125 per night
Prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to 13% HST tax

A damage deposit of $125 will be held and returned after your stay and cleaning.
Cancellation of booking two weeks prior is $50.00, and cancellation within a week is $125.00 (one night stay).
Wheelchair Access:
The guest house is not designed for wheel chair access or use. However everything is located on the ground floor and there is a ramp leading up to the front door entrance.
