Harvesting Chambourcin
November 5th, 2011 | Posted in HarvestGuy Fawkes Day, November 5th was the last day of harvest for 2011. We all enjoyed a glorious day out in the vineyard picking the last of the Chambourcin.
Sugar levels were 22 brix which should give us a potential alcohol of around 12.5%.
